1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

2. Delivery Timelines (Pakistan)

We ship nationwide across Pakistan using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 business days.
• Other Cities & Regions: 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote or Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 200 flat rate for all orders.

4. Delivery Method & Re-attempts

• We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• The courier rider will make up to 2 delivery attempts to reach you at your specified address. Please ensure your contact number is active so the courier rider can coordinate the delivery time with you.
